Your competition isn't other people.

Your competition is:

β€’ The knowledge you neglect to learn
β€’ Your unwillingness to prioritize
β€’ Your lack of discipline
β€’ Your distractions
β€’ Your bad habits
β€’ Your self-doubt

Compete against that. Conquer yourself.

COURAGE is what you need to succeed.

Opportunities will come looking for you if you have courage.
πŸ”₯12❀8πŸ‘4
Ever come across people who want something for nothing?

They believe that they can try and get what they want without helping anyone else get what they want.

And that’s a big mistake.

You only start to get the things you want in life when you’re able to help other people.

Every business that succeeds, does so because it is helping enough people to be profitable.
❀10πŸ‘6
In order to get far in life, you have to take risks.

Those who are too cautious, and afraid to venture into the unknown, will often fail.

Unpopular fact:

The biggest problems that people face when trying to make a change in their life is that their subconscious mind is sabotaging them at every corner.

For example,

If you believe you are a lazy, overweight, or unmotivated person, your actions will reflect these beliefs.
πŸ”₯15πŸ‘6πŸ‘1
If you don’t have:

- a definitive goal that you’re setting out to achieve, or

- a purpose that you’re trying to fill

You will never be successful.

You have nothing to hit, nothing to aim at.

And therefore your direction is unidentified.
πŸ”₯16❀3πŸ‘1
Why do we need goals in our lives?

In a world full of distractions, we can easily become victims of wherever life takes us.

Just like a sailboat in the middle of the ocean, you better have a clear vision of the β€œlighthouse,” or you’ll be LOST.
πŸ”₯10❀4πŸ‘1πŸ€”1
Entrepreneurship is not for you if having a thick skin isn't one of your strongest qualities.
πŸ”₯10
Most people have everything they need to succeed, except for patience.

It is a rough road that leads to the heights of greatness.

Practice adding value to yourself.

Conduct a daily interview with yourself.

Ask, "What can I do to make myself more valuable today?"
πŸ”₯12❀4πŸ‘2
Only focus on what you control.

Things like your:

β€’ Desires
β€’ Actions
β€’ Words
β€’ Intentions.

Do you seek entertainment because you’re bored, or are you bored because you’re addicted to screen entertainment?

The quality of your mind can be measured by how much entertainment (visual or auditory) you need to get through the day.

If you want to test how grounded you are, try and sit still for 15 minutes without doing anything. Just observe the restlessness of your mind and how it urges you to indulge in some activity(useful or not). Social media is a pressure release valve for most humans, they use it to distract themselves from their emotions. The problem is these emotions only get buried inside, making you very volatile.

Most of the time you’re just trying to pass time or to escape from yourself. Everything is being weaponized to keep you as addicted as possible so they can profit off you. These apps are vampires that feed on your most precious jewels (your time, energy and attention).

Two ways to properly safeguard your jewels;

1 - Meaningful work (learning, earning & connecting)

2 - Shadow work (observing, contemplating & relaxing).

β€œAll chases, whether flow, drugs, beauty, thrills, orgasm, or devotion, are attempts to escape from the mind. Meditation is the only direct path.”

But only a handful possess the courage sit with themselves in sober reflection. So even if you must indulge, don’t constantly fall for the ones that take too much from you without giving you anything in return.

Low grade distractions busy your mind - gambling, sports fanaticism, turnt music, mindless scrolling...

High grade distractions reduce your mental noise - reading, journaling, walking in nature, exercising...

For a quieter headspace, incoperate more of the latter into your daily routine. Nature is solemnly entertaining to those who are attuned to her.

This isn’t an all-or-nothing dictate - I’m not preaching abstinence, but non-dependence. Use things, don’t be used by things...

Failure, losses, and mistakes are all great opportunities to learn and grow as an entrepreneur.
πŸ”₯16
Wealth doesn't only mean the monetary value of things.

It also means the emotional value of experiences and memories.

Work on gaining the latter.
πŸ”₯8❀5
Get the right amount of sleep.

Seven to nine hours is good, but any more than than makes us lethargic.
πŸ‘14πŸ”₯1
Set goals that scare you a little, so that you push your limits and become a better version of yourself.
