Learn to Give.

Give away your time.
Give away your money.
Give away your old stuff.
Give away your attention.
Give away your knowledge.

The more you give the more space you create to receive more.

The person who is quick to get angry when easily provoked is usually the weakest link.

The person who is slow to anger is like a fortress.

Which one would you prefer to become?

For the next 6 months, follow this morning routine to boost your productivity by 99%...

1. Rise Early

Waking up early brings many benefits, some includes:

- increased productivity with fewer distractions.

- greater creativity because your mind is fresh, and

- less stress if you use that extra time for meditation or quiet contemplation.

2. Recite Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements we use to reframe how we think about ourselves.

Affirm and visualize the things you want to happen.

By doing this you'll begin to believe that you can & will achieve them, which will enable you to take action on them.

3. Get some exercise

Exercising in the morning increases blood flow, releases endorphins & strengthens your body.

It doesn't have to be a full workout to reap the benefits:

- A brisk walk
- A 7-minute workout, or
- A quick yoga session could get you going.

4. Eat a proper breakfast

The fuel you consume in the morning has a significant effect on your performance.

Stay away from high-sugar, high-fat breakfasts.

Choose good carbs and fiber plus some protein.

5. Declutter Your Desk

Clutter on your desk is a source of stress.

Spend the first 5 minutes of your day clearing your work area.

It mentally conditions you and helps you become more focused and productive.

6. Set goals for the day.

Having concrete goals is correlated with huge increases in confidence and feelings of control.

Setting goals specific to the day puts everything into motion.

7. Assign times to your to-do list, and monitor your progress against your goals.

Look at what you’ve done so far.

If you realize you’re behind schedule it’s important to adjust your goals or your work ethic so that you can move intentionally through your day.

8. Eat the Frog

The most productive way to start your day is to β€œeat that frog” i.e, get the hardest task out of the way first.

As committing yourself to your hardest task right away will make your other obligations seem simple.

9. Don’t multitask.

Multitasking reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus adequately on one thing at a time.

When you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully.

10. No screen time until breakfast.

When you dive straight into emails, texts, and Facebook, you lose focus.

It’s much healthier to take those precious first moments of the day to do something relaxing that sets a calm, positive tone for your day.

No man ever became great without facing a crises that almost destroyed him.

A crises that he used as a chance to make moves without any excuses.

Crises is just another word for opportunity.

To be 'Normal', is to be Average.

To be Great, you must be an Outlier.

Don’t base your happiness on other people.

They either want your stuff or hate you for it.

If you want to know yourself, do this.

Start writing in your journal.
It's not easy.
You don't really know how to do it.
And you get lost.
I've been there.

The easiest way to start a journal is to make lists.
The lists seem basic and yet.

It is one of the best ways to go deep inside yourself and find your answers.

I've put together some of the lists I've used.
I just suggest you do the exercise.

And if you answer everything.
To tell me how many pages you could fill in.

About Yourself

List of
- the feelings you have right now
- your qualities
- your faults
- things you want to change to be happier
- the things that scare you the most
- the emotions that control you
- values that you wish to respect
- things that make you easily angered

About Life

List of

- the happiest moments of your life
- things you are most grateful for
- of the worst moments of your life
- things to do to build your perfect life
- moments that have greatly influenced your life
- things to do to solve your problems

About Love

List of
- people you loved
- reasons why some past relationship didn't work out
- qualities that your partner possesses
- things you would like to do with him or her
- things to do to be a better partner
- things you like about your relationship

About Time

List of
- people you spend the most time with
- activities you do the most
- things that steal your time
- things you would like to do more often
- things you regret having done in your life

About your Desires

List of
- food you want to try
- countries you want to visit
- trips you want to make
- books, movies, that you want to discover
- experience you want to have
- things you want to learn
- things you will never do again

About Others

- The funniest people you know
- The bravest people
- The nicest people
- The snakes you should avoid
- People you want to be like
- The happiest people you know

About Money

List of
- useless things you bought
- things you would really like to have
- purchases that have made you happiest
- purchases that have turned into a burden
- what you need to do to manage your money better

About your Future

- reasons why you shouldn't give up
- of what I want to become
- of the things you want to change on this earth
- things you want to leave as a legacy
- things I want to be said when you die

Our problem today is that we never stop.

If we don't even take the time to stop and think about what we want.
How to go looking for what we need.

We are no better than wandering vagabonds.

Hopefully this exercise helps.
