A man without brains will always be frowned upon by other men and women.
Exercise your brain by making a habit of reading good books.
Your brain is elastic and will continue to expand until you stop feeding it with information.

If you must be addicted to anything, be addicted to self-improvement...
Lukewarmness is a common trait in losers. Only irrationally passionate people ever become outstanding in their chosen fields.
β’ If you want enlightenment - make meditation your lifestyle.
β’ If you want a greek god physique - be obsessed with your training & dieting.
β’ If you want great wealth - sacrifice your free time & sleep.
Your dedication must match the level of your ambition.
If the people around you arenβt saying youβre working too hard, youβre probably not working hard enough.
Stop half-assing your way through life. GO ALL IN!
Be obsessed or be average - the choice is yours...

You are:
- Less productive
- More prone to anger, and
- Unable to make the best decisions.
When you are sleep deprived.
Guard your sleep with your life and get at least 7-8 hours a night.
Itβs more important than you realize.

THE ONLY THING SEPERATING WINNERS FROM LOSERS IS CONSISTENCY
I see so many people starting with so much passion!!! and then taking a break.
This is such a poor mindset to have. Completely garbage.
Delete it. Today
Do this one thing NOW:
Choose ONE thing in your life you want to commit to.
It could be your finance, health, relationships.
Next, choose one activity inside your topic I.E read 10 minutes a day about investing in the stock market.
Now comes the hard part - commit to doing this for the next 365 days.
Do you have what it takes?
Most of you will fail at this.
Because, most people don't really want to win.
They like the idea of winning but not what it takes.
Blood, sweat, and tears.
To the extent they can't commit 10 minutes a day for a simple activity.
You can go look at my Twitter account. I have not missed posting a single day since I started.
Is it easy?
No
Are there times you'll want to quit?
Yes
But remember, if you truly want to win - claim it. Be the winner. And commit.

For Men who have NO idea which direction they want to go in life:
Bro.
FVCKING AMAZING.
First, you need to reframe the situation.
While most normies get upset and scared by the fact that they are in that situation, you should be happy.
You have THE ENTIRE WORLD OF OPTIONS to choose from.
How do you start?
EXPLORE.
Do something, anything, do everything you remotely find intriguing.
The reason I say intriguing and NOT interesting is because you need to be curious about it FIRST, not necessarily interested.
See what sticks, and dig deeper into it.

The law of 90/9/1
90% of people (on the internet\real world) are silent observers
9% are interactive
1% create the content
Now, something most people don't talk about is what happens within this 1%
Within this 1%
90% are lost
9% are doing fine
1% are completely crushing it
So what is it that separates between the 0.01% who are completely crushing it?
Their mentality.
You can label it in any name you want but I sincerely believe there are two main mentalities:
Winner or Loser
When you want to win, you'll learn the game, in all aspects.
You'll learn respect, you'll learn etiquette, and you'll learn power dynamics
But, you know who are those who think they can skip the line and cut corners the most?
You got that right - the losers.
Winners are usually respectful, adaptive, and humble AF.
If you see someone splashing the water and shouting out loud, know you're facing a big loser.
Enjoy the easy competition with these guys, ez win. (if there will be any competition - that is)
Until next time, stay humble, learn humility, and stay respectful.

One of the many definitions of intelligence is the ability to adapt to circumstances.
This last word is the most important one here.
Circumstances.
If you're smart, you realize that circumstances cannot be changed.
But they can be leveraged.
Stop wasting your time on complaining about them.
Instead, analyze how you can make them play in your favor.
This is not easy.
But it's necessary.
You need to be able to adapt and be flexible.
"Be water, my friend"
Go with the flow but don't lose your essence.
A flow of water keeps running even when rocks are on its way.
It keeps going and flowing towards its destinations while molding itself to whatever it faces.
But at the same time, it remains the same thing: a liquid.
You need to be able to adapt without losing yourself.
This is a very complex nuance but if you've ever read about Taoism, you will understand this metaphor.
I don't believe in Taoism, but I believe there are lessons to be drawn from any philosophical current.
And this is exactly what I'm telling you here.
Take what serves you and keep your eyes on the prize.
Full focus. No excuses.
