It's really about one's choices and what one has chosen to occupy a mind with. The only fix is doing something interesting to keep one's mind off that.
But to make sure one adapts well, once you've found that interesting thing to do, get rid of any porns contents and desist.
**Set your search engine not to even show up adult contents.
**Cut off those "friends" who keep forwarding you adult contents.
**Tell yourself, I won't do it!
**You may even want to find ways to quit masturbation too. It's something that can trigger you to want to have adult contents.
**Know that those two really don't help, you're just wasting to time while ruining the many better things you'll get in return if you quit.
My conclusion is that everything really starts from the mind. Once you command your mind I DON'T WANT THIS OR I WANT TO DO THAT, and it's burning in you to achieve it, you can.
I actually quit porn when I was 17.. One day I woke up & all the porn contents on my phone looked funny. I deleted all of them, never ever to watch porn or have naked women on my devices. "Friends" and even girlfriends sometimes share those and I tell them, if you don't stop, I'll have to block you! And I mean.

The smaller goals you will set for yourself.
The less work you will put in them.
The lower you will achieve.
Always have goals which are far beyond your capabilities and work real hard to achieve them.
Because when you will miss, you will still achieve 100 times better than your previous smaller goals.

If you do not value yourself no one else will.
This might sound like a platitude but it bears a lot more meaning.
Realize this:
You define how people treat you.
Not just through your actions but also through your words and overall vibe and energy.
If you fake valuing yourself while, deep inside, you think you're not worth it.
People will feel it.
People will understand it.
Give yourself reasons to value yourself.
Everything else will fall into place.
Everything depends on YOU.
Everything only depends on you.

How to be more productive when you're feeling unmotivated:
1. Question yourself:
Try to get to the root of the problem before you can figure out ways to mend it.
- Why donβt you feel motivated?
- Whatβs killing your want to be productive?
Identify what the issue could be so you can address it at the source.
2. Remember Your βWhyβ
Your why is the passion or purpose behind whatever tasks may be in front of you.
Remembering the purpose of the tasks you need to get accomplished is huge for rediscovering your motivation.
3. Recognize when youβre at the top of your game.
Figure out at what time you feel and work your best
Then do all of the things that take the most brainpower during those times.
4. Take breaks
You canβt maintain distraction-free focus for a long time
Thatβs why breaks are so important, they keep you fresh and productive
Methods like the Pomodoro Technique can help.
The Pomodoro Technique suggests 25-minute blocks of work, with short 5-minute breaks.
5. Head outside
The best thing to do to clear your head and get ideas is to head to the great outdoors.
Fresh air can do wonders to reset and clear your mind
You'll return to your desk feeling rested and more motivated to crack on with your day.
6. Organize that hot mess of yours.
There is nothing less motivating than a completely messy desk.
Spend 15 minutes organizing your work area and cleaning up all that shit of yours.
When your workspace is clear, your mind is clear.
7. Create rewards.
Tell yourself that once you finish X, you can have/do Y.
Another alternative would be to reward yourself with something whenever you knock an item off your to-do list.
8. Break tasks into smaller pieces
If you have to-do list items that are large in scope and not very specific, tackling those tasks becomes challenging.
You look at the item and think βI donβt even know where to start.β
Start by breaking large to-dos into smaller to-dos.
9. Work before you get inspired
If you feel overwhelmed or find yourself procrastinating
Start doing something β like breaking the task into smaller chunks β and youβll find it easier to keep going.
Taking action is what leads to motivation, which in turn leads to more action.
10. Fill the tank β recharge.
Spend some time recharging yourself.
Eat well.
Exercise.
Get enough sleep.
Get outside and soak up some sunshine.
Taking care of your healthy habits is a crucial part of efficient work habits.
Lastly, If you want to:
- Become more productive
- Get rid of overthinking
- Become focused and disciplined
Here's the ONLY tool you need to make it possible.

Those who waste their days scrolling on the Internet without doing anything productive end up anxious, sad and depressed.
They subconsciously know they are heading towards a dark and empty phase of their life.
This realisation robs them of their peace.
Make your days count.
You don't even need 10 sources for your motivation to work.
You need one reason to be driven.
To work hard and achieve.
