If you fail to define success and the steps you need to take to get there,
It will become easier to get sidetracked and lose sight of what you are working toward.
Developing a clear path will keep you focused and allow you to track your progress.
3. Prioritize Correctly
Donโt get caught up in small, mundane tasks, and make sure youโre prioritizing your tasks every day.
To continue to strive toward your goals, โfocus solely on themes that will drive growth,"

Self-discipline is not something you can develop overnight.
Itโs a long-term process that takes daily practice and repetition.

To stay on track, make sure that you are well-fueled throughout the day with healthy snacks and meals every few hours.

These two words are often the hardest to say, but itโs important to be able to politely say โnoโ to someone so you can avoid overloading yourself.
If you take on more than you can handle, you risk losing sight of your vision and goals.

It makes getting started or finishing things harder than they need to be.
So how can you get around that, how can you overcome those times of self-doubt so that you can move forward once again?
Today, Iโll explore 10 tips and habits that have helped me to decrease that destructive inner voice.
1. Become Mindful of Your Thoughts
Watch your thoughts and behaviors from the place of a friendly observer.
Be curious and open-minded about what goes on inside your mind.
When negative thoughts begin to creep in, question how accurate or helpful they are.
2. Identify Your Values
Take a moment to assess your values and what matters most to you.
When you'll recognize these values and what matters to you, the fear of criticism from others will fall by the wayside.
3. Set short-term goals.
It's easy to let doubt creep in when your big goals arenโt immediately realized.
By achieving smaller goals along the way, you can bask in frequent wins.
4. Stop worrying about what others think
Itโs natural to want others to like and respect us, but worrying too much could injure your mental health.
If you want to conquer the fear of other peopleโs opinions, youโll need to cultivate more self-awareness.
5. Think back to your past achievements
Self-reflection is a fantastic tool, it reminds us that weโre capable of what we want to achieve.
When the uncertainty hits, instead of dwelling on negatives, reflect on what went right and recent achievements.

Your relationship with yourself plays a huge role in your relationships with others.
It's not that if you hate yourself you'll hate everyone else and vice versa.
Not that if you love yourself you'll love everyone else either.
The truth is, the higher your self-awareness and Self-acceptance, the less you act and the more natural you behave.
This level of knowledge of yourself gets you appeasement as you know your reactions, your limits and have no issue expressing your boundaries.
This alone makes you more socially fluent.
I cannot stress this enough: your social skills only start improving when you fix your self-esteem.
If you are to fix your self-esteem, answer is in one word:
Self-awareness.
It's not that if you hate yourself you'll hate everyone else and vice versa.
Not that if you love yourself you'll love everyone else either.
