You have been robbed of some of your capabilities.

The mainstream has successfully brainwashed you into believing that your work capacity depends on how motivated you are.

Which is certainly not the truth.

Discipline > Motivation

It has made you believe you should be friends with your partner first only then you can have a good long lasting relationship.

This too is false.

You just need a polarised relationship with good communication that's it.

They keep telling you to live the life you want.

But they never tell you to stick to your values and beliefs even if it is hard.

Resist the brainwashing happening around you.

Don't let them get in your head.

Generally speaking, attempting to give explanations is a waste of energy.

For those who do not understand,

no explanation will ever be enough.

For those who will understand,

no explanation is needed.

Surround yourself with people who are familiar with money, who work with it each day, and who make lots of it.

“Self-care” has become a buzzword, but it’s not just referring to massages or any pampering activity

It can be as simple as ditching your daily Netflix habit and working on your long-awaited side hustle.

The fewer the priorities in our lives the better.

Aristotle once said;

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom,”

and the reason for this is quite simple:

Life transformation begins with self-transformation—you are your greatest obstacle.

Average people care about what everyone thinks about them, that’s what keeps them average.

Successful people only care about what a handful of those who are super close to them think.

Build Unbreakable Self-Discipline With These 10 Rules:

1. Find Your Reason Why:

To be successful, you have to find your why!

Your why is your "purpose"

Ask yourself:

• what drives you
• what inspires you
• what keeps you going
• what picks you back up when you get knocked down.

2. Define Your Goals

If you fail to define success and the steps you need to take to get there,

It will become easier to get sidetracked and lose sight of what you are working toward.

Developing a clear path will keep you focused and allow you to track your progress.

3. Prioritize Correctly

Don’t get caught up in small, mundane tasks, and make sure you’re prioritizing your tasks every day.

To continue to strive toward your goals, “focus solely on themes that will drive growth,"

4. Start Small

Self-discipline is not something you can develop overnight.

It’s a long-term process that takes daily practice and repetition.

Take it to step by step.

Also, when we start small, we don’t feel pressured to fix everything all at once.

5. Learn to tolerate discomfort

When you’re striving toward new goals, it’s not going to be easy, and it’s not always going to feel comfortable,

It will likely feel uncomfortable.

But it’s important you tolerate and embrace these feelings of discomfort to grow.

6. Remove temptations.

If you are trying to have better control of your eating, toss the junk food.

If you want to improve your focus while working, turn off your cell phone and remove the clutter from your desk.

Set yourself up for success by ditching the bad influences.

7. Eat regularly and healthily.

Hunger makes it difficult to focus on the tasks at hand, not to mention making you grumpy and pessimistic.

To stay on track, make sure that you are well-fueled throughout the day with healthy snacks and meals every few hours.

8. Learn how to say ‘no’

These two words are often the hardest to say, but it’s important to be able to politely say “no” to someone so you can avoid overloading yourself.

If you take on more than you can handle, you risk losing sight of your vision and goals.

9. Find role models who inspire you:

Find 3 people who have achieved greatness in your field

- Study them
- Read their stories
- Watch interviews and learn from them whenever you feel like the motivation is dropping.

Use them as your guiding compass.

10. Visualize success

When you visualize success and the future you desire, your body and mind will become motivated to reach this place.

And, once you mentally picture yourself in certain scenarios,

You’ll begin making decisions that will help you reach that place.

10 Ways to Overcome Self-Doubt Once and for All

Self-doubt can be a troubling and persuasive voice that holds you back from seizing your opportunities.

It makes getting started or finishing things harder than they need to be.

So how can you get around that, how can you overcome those times of self-doubt so that you can move forward once again?

Today, I’ll explore 10 tips and habits that have helped me to decrease that destructive inner voice.

1. Become Mindful of Your Thoughts

Watch your thoughts and behaviors from the place of a friendly observer.

Be curious and open-minded about what goes on inside your mind.

When negative thoughts begin to creep in, question how accurate or helpful they are.

2. Identify Your Values

Take a moment to assess your values and what matters most to you.

When you'll recognize these values and what matters to you, the fear of criticism from others will fall by the wayside.

3. Set short-term goals.

It's easy to let doubt creep in when your big goals aren’t immediately realized.

By achieving smaller goals along the way, you can bask in frequent wins.

4. Stop worrying about what others think

It’s natural to want others to like and respect us, but worrying too much could injure your mental health.

If you want to conquer the fear of other people’s opinions, you’ll need to cultivate more self-awareness.

5. Think back to your past achievements

Self-reflection is a fantastic tool, it reminds us that we’re capable of what we want to achieve.

When the uncertainty hits, instead of dwelling on negatives, reflect on what went right and recent achievements.

6. Surround yourself with the right people.

Keep the people who support you close and seek out their feedback on a regular basis.

Distance yourself from individuals who are always pessimistic toward you, and your future prospects.

7. Face your fears.

Don't let fear or self-doubt dictate how you lead your personal life.

Check the worst-case scenarios as well as the risk-reward ratio and face the things that scare you head-on.

8. Try to Not Compare Yourself to Others

There will always be someone who appears to be doing better, getting further, or having more.

Everyone’s journey and ideas of success are different.

Do not benchmark yourself against others’ accomplishments and possessions.

9. Keep a Journal

Journaling is always a therapeutic exercise to practice.

Make an effort to record what you’re thankful for and what you’re proud of doing each day.

Writing down your thoughts of self-doubt on paper might be a good release.

10. Make quick decisions!

It’s very easy to get stuck in trying to make decisions

This back-and-forth process of questioning if you should go with A or B, can exacerbate self-doubt

What's the cure for this?

Just make a decision!

And then correct your course as you go along.
