Introducing Kulch.site

Do you get tired of pasting your CV into ChatGPT or Claude every time you apply for a new job — tweaking the same lines over and over?

I did.

So I built Kulch — a free CV workspace built around one simple idea:

> You don't need one "perfect" CV. You need a truthful CV tailored to each opportunity.

With Kulch, you can:

• Create a CV from scratch or import an existing PDF
• Duplicate your base CV and tailor separate versions for different roles
• Edit with a live A4 preview across 4 resume templates
• Compare your experience with a job description and get grounded AI guidance
• Save version checkpoints and export clean, selectable PDFs
• Work from desktop or mobile without losing the focused editing experience

Kulch keeps suggestions review-first. It never silently changes your resume or invents experience for you.

Try it out: https://www.kulch.site

We actually need rest not because we’re lazy, but because we’re human. We weren’t created to run like machines.

And rest doesn’t have to be a month, a week, or even a whole day. A small break, a short nap, or a few quiet minutes can count too.

Give yourself permission to pause. You deserve it.

The ML Roadmap is finally live.
When I started learning ML, the hardest part wasn't the math or the code. It was not knowing what to learn next. I ended up learning everything I could find, and honestly a good chunk of it I never use. Along the way I kept notes on the parts that actually mattered, and this roadmap came out of those notes plus a lot of research on how to order the nodes properly, from fundamentals all the way to deployment.
What's in it: a checklist at every node, questionnaires to test yourself, over 80 curated resource links, and real projects built on actual datasets. It starts by figuring out where you already are and points you to the right node instead of making you start from zero. Nodes stay locked until you finish the one before it, so the path stays honest.
This is the first version and it will keep growing. I'd like to hear what the experience feels like, what's missing, and what you'd want added.

For those of you who are confused about what the ትሰማ petition is about:

It is part of the #TISEMA (ትሰማ) campaign, which calls for violence against women and children in Ethiopia to be recognized as a national crisis and, more importantly, for authorities to listen, protect, investigate, and take appropriate action.

Guys, I think most of you know about the case of ፌበን. When the information came out, it went viral, and so many people spoke up and showed their support.

But think about how the justice system responded.
The flame of ፌበን’s case was not even put out, yet another case, ሲንቦ, came to light.

How many more cases do we need to see before real action is taken?

By signing this petition, you are adding your voice and becoming part of the demand for change. These cases should not only be heard. They should be acted upon appropriately.
Please sign the petition and share it with people who may not know about it. Every voice matters.

If we stay silent, nothing changes. Let her voice be heard.

Sign the petition
