Yesterday I attended a talk on understanding and using Contract Law, given by a man called Andy Barlow. Our ignorance of law has been used as a weapon against us for centuries, and it's a subject I've been interested in since going to see a knowledgeable and, sadly, deceased man called John Harris speak many years ago. I'm fairly well versed in the concept of the 'Legal Fiction' and all that surrounds it, but this talk enlightened me further still.

Andy Barlow believes, with good reason, that we are already technically under Martial Law, and therefore that Common Law is no longer applicable. This was an honest and dire revelation, and those of you who are sceptical or outright opposed to 'Freeman stuff' might be tempted to cry "told you so". In actuality, this just means that the law no longer automatically applies to all, and that we need to pro-actively change our own status in the eyes of the legal system to that of 'sovereign'.

I've procrastinated too long and will be going through the process of declaring myself and my family sovereign, starting today. I'm reliably informed that doing so might enable us to travel across borders without hindrance, including hindrance by Cov-ID tests, jabs and other restrictions. I will also be claiming my land from the Crown under allodial title.

In this "debate", it is casually stated multiple times that "vaccination is a public good" - this assertion is never tested. The efficacy of the vaccines was never mentioned, nor the risk of side-effects from the vaccine. Even more remote was any exploration of the actual threat from the virus - the fact that it has at least a 99.6% survival rate was never mentioned. You would think we were dealing with a deadly plague. Of course, that impression was exactly the goal, and it was achieved not by proving its truth but by denying the very possibility of its falsehood.

What a farce. As I expected, debate about COVID and its surrounding issues on the BBC is very heavily circumscribed, in that way that only the mainstream media is powerful enough to manage: simply never acknowledge that there is any other way to look at the issue.
