🏃‍♂️ "Run" related post

On November 23, I had another Sunday Run with the Run Rush community.
This time I did 11K and set a new PR: 10K in 59 minutes. 🏃

At this point, a 10 km run has become more of a “training run” that I complete every week, so this community run actually felt easy - even though the route had some insane elevation. I could’ve gone even faster, but a lack of preparation and rest definitely had an impact.

Recently, I dropped out of my running routine and lost my streak, and I’m not sure when I’ll return to it.
For now I’ve switched to calisthenics (thanks to Nowruz and Ali for the materials), and I go swimming on Saturdays. because this is something I’ve always loved.

But as Erkin said, if you truly love something, do it for yourself.
Our hobbies exist to recharge us. And we all need physical activity, cuz we are human, we’re built to move.

So move to live.
