Agniveer to SF
A doubt is countinously coming on X and Telegram that Agniveers can join SF or not ?
I will clear your doubts and will give you an estimate idea of salary too.

👉Marcos : Yes, Agniveers are allowed
👉Para SF : Yes , Agniveers are allowed

**1. Garud (Indian Air Force) ✈️
✓ Agniveers can't join Garud SF directly. Only those Agniveers who are absorbed into the permanent 25% after completing their 4 years tenure can volunteer for Garud.
✓ Only personnel from the Y Group are eligible; X Group personnel cannot apply.
✓ **Estimated Salary 💸
Approximately ₹90,000+ per month at a peace station.
**2. Marcos (Indian Navy):🌊
✓ Agniveers from the Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) trade are eligible to join Marcos, but those from the Matric Recruit (MR) trade are not allowed in recent years.
✓ During or after the six-month basic training at INS Chilka, Marcos operators may visit the training center to recruit volunteers.
✓ Interested Agniveers undergo tests, and those who qualify are selected for probation.
✓ **Estimated Salary 💸
It’s approximately ₹60,000+ per month on land and ₹80,000+ per month when deployed on a ship or island.

Although you will permanent but rank will agniveer for 4 years so salary will low.
**3. Para SF (Indian army) 💘
✓Agniveers can join Para SF from initial recruitment phase of GD branch only.
✓ Candidates need to score at least 50% in written + physical test of 100 marks.
✓ After coming in final merit list, there will some more test will conducted by Para SF ( 5 km running , sit ups etc )
✓ After clearing all these things and coming into final merit list there will joining letter and reporting place Parachute Regimental Training Centre (PRTC) in Bangalore.
✓ Where you will undergo six months of basic training.
✓ After 6 month training there will 3 month SF probation in your respective units.
✓**Estimated Salary💸
- Peace Station: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
- Field Posting , High altitude or (CI/CT) Allowance: ₹70,000+ per month
- Siachen Posting: ₹1 lakh+ per month
Above salary is only of Agniveer SF boys
✓ Permanent Absorption**:
It is not yet confirmed whether Agniveers in Para SF will be absorbed as permanent personnel. Even serving soldiers lack clarity on this matter. However, some officers in the Parachute Regiment have indicated that they will permanent.
