Outcome 2 - states along western seaboard vote to secede

Outcome 3 - these same regions ask China for help and they poop out a bunch of sleepers who arm up and occupy to ‘protect their foreign interests’ like Chinese owned businesses and properties

That means... that they are not in session. Not fishy. They were told about this as an outcome. They chose poorly.

The troops are deployed all over America. All they need to do is start snatching people involved with the insurrection at 0330 some winters morning and frogmarch them to the rendition which is going to one-way trip them to the black site of their choosing.
