HALF OF STATES IN U.S. SUE BIDEN OVER NEW RULE TARGETING FARMERS AND LANDOWNERS
The lawsuit was filed in a federal court on Thursday. West Virginia, Georgia, Iowa, and North Dakota are leading a group of 24 states in the lawsuit against the EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The lawsuit claims that the recently introduced Waters of the United States (WOTUS) regulation, which was revealed in late December, undermines the states’ jurisdiction over water bodies and the surrounding land.

In the rule, EPA asserts federal jurisdiction over land and water that has no connection to navigable waters. This goes beyond what the statute provides in the Constitution.”

They claim that it could cause confusion and impose regulatory burdens, resulting in Americans being fined or even facing imprisonment for making changes to their own property.

Let's Talk Patient Bill of Rights

Horrible situation over the weekend where a doc bullied a mom and called CPS to try and take the baby away.

The supposed crime?

Baby sick for 2 days with low fever and loose stools. Still taking breast milk. Still sitting up. Still holding her own cup.

Mom was in contact with me and Baby's pediatrician consistently.

Mom takes baby into hospital and the nightmare begins.

Bullying, Shaming, Threatening. White coat refuses to answer questions, tells mom baby might die because mom waited too long, tells mom dialysis might be needed...just an insane overreaction and complete misdiagnosis of the severity of the situation.

White coat refuses to show mom labs...calls CPS.

After 30 attempts to get IV into baby they do a bone procedure for IV.

Baby with supposed life threatening kidney damage is better during 1st IV.

Baby was dehydrated, yes. It happens. Mom made the right call to bring baby in having been so advised to do so by 2 docs.

Situation was not life threatening. Kidneys were not damaged...it was all gas lighting. What the white coat did was bullshit.

I get this story all the time...it's ridiculous that a white coat thinks a situation like this warrants a CPS call. Complete violation of mom's rights as a guardian of her child.

Completely unacceptable.

So what can you do?

You can report each of these instances to the state licensing board for investigation of violation of medical ethics.

Did you know that every medical organization, hospital and even the HHS acknowledge that Patients, Advocates, and Guardians have RIGHTS?

I would NEVER go into any medical setting without this list of Rights and making sure everyone who works with me acknowledges them and agrees to them in full BEFORE ANY work begins.
