In defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the "israeli" enemy's violation of the ceasefire, the aggression against civilians, the destruction of their homes and villages in southern Lebanon, and the martyrdom and wounding of a number of civilians, and based on the right to resist the occupation and repel it, the Islamic Resistance issued 17 military communiqués on Wednesday, 06/05/2026, as follows:

1- At 23:45 yesterday, Tuesday, 05-05-2026, a gathering of "israeli" enemy army soldiers was targeted at the Al-Sal'a height in the town of Al-Qantara with an attack drone, achieving a confirmed hit.

2- At 01:00, a gathering of "israeli" enemy army soldiers was targeted in the vicinity of the town of Al-Bayada with artillery shells.

3- At 08:30, an "israeli" enemy army troop carrier was targeted in the town of Al-Qawzah with an attack drone, achieving a confirmed hit.

4- At 09:00, a newly established command center of the "israeli" enemy army was targeted in the town of Al-Qantara with an attack drone, achieving a confirmed hit.

5- At 09:30, an "israeli" enemy army Humvee was targeted in the town of Deir Seryan with an attack drone, achieving a confirmed hit.

The Islamic Resistance is committed to defending its land and people, especially as the "israeli" enemy exceeds boundaries with its criminality, and this is the minimum duty to curb it and prevent it from pursuing its dangerous goals against Lebanon as a state, people, and resistance.

The escalation by the criminal "israeli" occupation army, targeting citizens in the Gaza Strip, and the raids on the Al-Daraj and Al-Zaytoun neighborhoods in Gaza City, and Al-Mawasi west of Khan Yunis, which resulted in the martyrdom of a number of citizens and the injury of others, represents a persistence in violating the ceasefire agreement signed in Sharm El-Sheikh, and an extension of the ongoing war of genocide against our people in the Strip.

The terrorist occupation government continues its brutal crimes against our people in the Strip under the cover of the ceasefire agreement, without facing any reaction that would deter it from these dangerous violations of the agreement and of international and humanitarian law.

The U.S. administration and the countries guaranteeing the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement must move immediately to curb the fascist occupation and compel it to stop its aggression against the innocent in the Gaza Strip.

We call on the United Nations and its institutions, primarily the Security Council, to take positions that ensure the protection of our people and stop the rampage of the zionist killing machine against Palestinian civilians.

Greetings to our steadfast and patient Palestinian people on their land, Palestine, and the land of Gaza. We salute our people, pray for the speedy recovery of our wounded, and pray for mercy upon the martyr Hamza Al-Sharbasi, whose martyrdom was confirmed in the treacherous targeting carried out by the zionist occupation this evening in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

This criminal targeting is an extension of the zionist aggression against our people everywhere, and an extension of the targeting of the Palestinian negotiating delegation that was in the Qatari capital, Doha, on September 9th, because the occupation wants to take what it wants through pressure, killing, and terrorism.

I say to the occupation and to everyone who hears us, we are people of a cause. We will not be intimidated by the killing of children or the martyrdom of leaders. Our children are the children of the Palestinian people, and my son and the son of anyone else are all children of our people without discrimination, and our feelings are one toward them.

So far, Hamza Al-Sharbasi has been martyred, and my son Azzam and a group of others were seriously wounded. We ask Allah for their safety and the safety of all our wounded.

The occupation has always accustomed us to the fact that when its operations fail, it begins to attribute them to other things here and there. If my son were martyred, it would claim he was targeted and attach any accusation to him. If my son is the primary target, that is an honor for me, for him, and for all the Palestinian people. If someone else is the target, then all the Palestinian people are targeted.

No one can believe the criminal zionist occupation in its justifications, for assassinations take place morning and evening, every single day.

All those targeted are my children and brothers, and all the children of my people. Our blood and souls are one, and our future and destiny are one. We are on the land of Gaza; we will not leave it, and our people will not surrender. Our people are people of a cause, a will, and a legitimate right that they will always strive for until they achieve their goal of statehood and self-determination, and their established political rights, God willing.

When the occupation hints at further measures, killing people, and preparing for an attack on Gaza, this is one of its slogans: either the negotiator surrenders, or the Palestinian leader yields, or this will be the result for him, his son, and his people. This is the direct political message of the occupation, and the military message is that no one is above being targeted; all the Palestinian people are targeted and wanted by the occupation.

The "israeli" occupation is a rogue entity that rebels against all agreements and resolutions. The ceasefire, decided upon by President Trump, was supposed to take effect on October 10, 2025. However, for 7 months now, we have seen more than 850 martyrs from our Palestinian people and thousands of wounded. All the starvation operations, the drip-feeding of aid, and the restrictions on crossings are violations. We have long submitted daily reports to the mediators and the guarantors, but the occupation disregards all these reports and wants to continue doing whatever it wants.

What the occupation is doing places the mediators and the guarantors before their responsibilities, primarily the Americans who guaranteed this agreement.

These "israeli" targeting operations and violations clearly indicate that the occupation does not want to commit—neither to stopping the war nor to the first phase. This is one of the direct reasons why negotiations are at a standstill, due to "israeli" intransigence and its failure to commit even to the entry of food, water, and medicine.

Regrettably, we initiated multiple proposals and fulfilled all our obligations in the past period, but the occupation did not comply with most of the terms. They see nothing but the weapon, which is a right guaranteed to the Palestinian people in pursuit of a state and their legitimate rights.

The question here is: 7 months have passed, and no one has been able to compel the "israeli" occupation to abide by the first phase. The failure of the zionist enemy to adhere to the details of the first phase is what hinders the move to the second phase.

We informed the mediators and we informed Mladenov directly, and we have sat with him repeatedly. We told them: Implement the first phase, and we are ready to proceed with the second phase with everything that this word entails.
