Quick intro — we just launched eKsięgowyAI, an AI assistant for Polish accounting, integrated directly with wFirma.

The idea is simple: instead of clicking through wFirma's tabs, you just tell the chat what you need — issue an invoice, look up a contractor, pull the KPiR ledger, check a KSeF submission, list unpaid invoices. The assistant understands Polish accounting rules and works both ways — it reads and writes back to your wFirma, chaining multiple operations in a single conversation.

Chats come in two flavors: private — yours alone, and shared across the company — visible to the whole organization. Worked through something with your accountant or partner? The entire team can see the history and pick up where you left off. Need a side conversation? Open a private chat — it stays just between you and the assistant.

The free plan includes full wFirma integration and a limited number of AI messages. If you have your own OpenAI key, plug it in and chat with the assistant with no usage cap — you only pay OpenAI directly for the tokens you actually use.
