Maintain appropriate stock levels of foods as order volume dictates.
Drives service initiatives.
Under direction of the Executive Chef, supervises cooks and oversees the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of food and labor cost
Use refined Culinary knowledge – i.e., prepare sauces, etc.
Other duties as directed by Executive Chef in order to run smooth operations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of Level III Certificate in Food preparation/Kitchen Operation/Foreign Dish cooking or any related field of study from recognized TVET/College/Institute with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience or similar role in related capacity in culinary division.

2. ሄሞግሎቢን ኤ ዋን ሲ ምርመራ( Glycated hemoglobin (A1C) test)፡- ይህ መፆም የማይጠይቀው የደም ምርመራ ላለፉት ሁለት እና ሶስት ወራት ያለዎትን የደም ስኳር መጠን ያሳያል ፡፡ በዚህ ምርመራ መሰረት የምርመራዉ ዉጤት 6.5 ፐርሰንትና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነና በሁለት የተለያዩ ምርመራዎች ከተረጋገጠ የስኳር ህመም እንዳሎት ያሳያል፡፡
3. ሳይፆም የሚሰራ የደም ስኳር ምርመራ ( Random blood sugar test) ፡- የደም ናሙና በየትኛዉም ጊዜ ሊወሰድ ችላል( ምግብ ቢመገቡም ሊሰራ ይችላል)፡፡ ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ በየትኛዉም ሰዓት ይመገቡ ፣ የደም የስኳር መጠኑ ከ200ሚልግ/ዴሲሊ ና ከዚ በላይ ከሆነ የስኳር ህመም መኖሩን ያመለክታል፡:

ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ምልክቶች በከፊልም ይሁን በአብዛኛዉ ካሉ የደም የስኳር ምርመራ አድርጎ/ጋ የሚከተሉት መስፈርቶች ካሟላ/ች የስኳር ህመም አለ ይባላል፡፡ እነዚህም፡-
1. ተፁሞ የሚሰራ የስኳር ምርመራ(Fasting blood sugar test)፡- በዚህ ምርመራ መሰረት አንድ ሰዉ ቢያንስ ለ8 ሰዓታት ከፆመ በኃላ የደም ናሙና ተወስዶ ዉጤቱ ከ126 ሚሊግ/ዴሲሊና ከዚያ በላይ በሁለት ተለያዩ ምርመራዎች ከተረጋገጠ የስኳር ህመም መኖሩን ያሳያል፡፡
