Sales Representative
Purpose of the job
The job is designed to undertake all efforts aimed at selling-in Heineken Breweries SC across distributors. They will generate an annual business plan in their assigned sales area in consultation with the Area Sales Manager and signed off by Regional Sales Manager.

 Ensure the outlet call card/ Perfect Execution is accurately and completely filled during outlet visit. .
 Check the stock of Heineken Breweries products inside visited outlets, ensure that the required stock for the visited outlet is present, advise the outlet and take any action to maintain the stock inside the outlet at the required level.
 Check the level of forward stock inside the fridges of the outlets, secure that the fridge planogram is respected, the fridge is fully utilized and that the fridge is correctly positioned. Take any corrective action
 Select outlets, negotiate at the retail outlet via different visibility and POS materials (banners, light boxes, posters, etc) based on the picture of success
 Propose and Implement promotions in coordination with trade marketing section after getting approval from the Area Sales Manager and follow up the implementation in coordination with the designed Excellent Outlet Execution (EOE).
 Check the optimal placement of the visibility material placed outside and inside the outlet. Take any corrective action requested.
 Effective use of the sales tools provided by Commercial services and Routine daily/ weekly/ periodic reports on developments within his/her territory (Distributor/outlet) including relevant competitive information to aid management decisions.
 Maintain very good relationship with all the customers and his/her line manager. l.
 Take appropriate actions to make Heineken Breweries the preferred supplier of the retail outlet using the customer value drivers

Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development. Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications. Both Senior Marketing Team Leader and Senior Sales Team Lead are responsible for driving the success of Pursuant products, services & brand promise in the marketplace. some of the key characteristics required of the position holders.

Duties & Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Team Lead

Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation program
provide feedback on product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch, and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets
Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools
Develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet the organizational objectives
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives. The ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.

Duties/Responsibilities of Senior Sales Team Lead

Provides leadership to the sales team.
Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products or services that will meet those needs.
Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
Acts as company representative at trade association meetings
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience of Senior Marketing Team Lead

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
