Education & Qualifications
BSC Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Experience
5 years of progressive experience in managing IT infrastructure.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
IT Operations/Support in a diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
Experience in managing and supporting IT systems, infrastructure, and IT security systems.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Operating in a both a team and individual contributor environment.
Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
