Job summary
The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible to prepare an audit program by setting objectives, scope and methodology of the audit. Position 3 – Senior Credit Portfolio Management Officer

Job summary
The Credit Portfolio Management Officer is responsible to conducts an independent credit analysis/appraisal on all credit requests’ of customers beyond the discretions of Regions or branches. He/she collects all required loan processing documents and information from Customer Relationship
information/data/research output from the database of the bank (if available), or from the market as deemed necessary; conducts customer credit risk rating/grading.; conducts negotiation with customers with problem loans and advances, proposes resolution mechanisms, and follow-up the restructured loans and customer’s business; follows-up legal action (foreclosure/litigation) and searches for attachable or foreclosed properties

Qualification – Minimum of BA in Accounting/ Management / Economics/Business Administration or business related field of study

Make regular market visit and make sure that the company’s product have proper market share and coverage.
Detail duties and responsibilities

Follow and guide the daily sales transaction of the company

Make sure that each sales transaction complies with the company’s sales policy.

Prepare monthly activity plan and act up on it when approved.

Follow up the sales team daily activity, distributes task to all sales team and measure their daily accomplishment.

Make regular market visit, asses the demand gap in the market, gather information about competitor’s product design, pricing and related marketing activities.

Follow up and execute customers advance payments and collectables.

Make sure that daily sale activities are backed with proper invoice and bank deposit slip.

Prepare weekly performance & activity report.

Prepare proper customer data base to identify companies customer base and market share.

Distribute price list and quota to the sales team and Control daily sales is done accordingly.

Make market visit to up-country shops and evaluate the company’s market share area coverage.

Follow sales man’s departure & arrival time.

Evaluateagent’s performance based on their target.

Make proper preparation, documentation and offer support to the sales team to help themuse their time effectively &efficiently.

Use companies assets and equipment in responsible manner.
