Based on this our company S-Boom Merchandising want to hire competent, energetic, enthusiastic and capable applicants for the post of Procurement Officer.
Responsibility

The Procurement Officer reports to Procurement Division Head of the Company and expected to organize and perform all local purchase activities of the company. He/She is expected to perform all local purchasing activities of the company. Moreover that, his/her duties include;
Research potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate offers from Suppliers.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Prepare reports on Purchases, including cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Job Requirements:

Requirements
B.A. Degree in logistics and supply chain Management, Management, Business Management, Accounting or related Business fields with a minimum 2 years direct experience in similar position.
Preferable if engaged in manufacturing factories.
Strong learning culture and positive attitude.
Critical thinking, commitment to production.
Cost Consciousness.

Responsibility, risk awareness, decision making ability, strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Self-initiator with high degree of self-management.
Basic computer knowledge.

Program Description
The Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) is planning to conduct the year 5 Geshiyero household WASH survey (2023). The survey is designed to assess key indicators of WASH related parameters, to complement the MDA and BCC pillars of the Geshiyaro project in Sidama region in two (2) selected woredas. Therefore, the EPHI is looking for qualified applicants who will confidently take care of the household survey. The enumerators are expected to conduct household survey, to identify key indicators of water, sanitation, hygiene and KAP of the woreda population. The complete role and responsibility, and generic information of the post are shown subsequently.
Job Requirements:

✅ BSc degree in Environmental Health, public Health and/or related fields;
·         Previous participation in WASH survey is advantageous
·         Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
·         Willing to work in remote areas of the woreda.
·         Since the survey is tablet based, the applicant must bring their guarantor
·         Able to listen and speak the local language (Sidamigna)
Duties and responsibilities
·         Work in any assigned woredas
·         Work on the Household data collection and send data to server
·         Work closely with the team leader and the research staff of EPHI
·         Engage on any other project related assignments requested by EPHI Or Project PI.

Responsibilities

post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
update accounts receivable and issue invoices
update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with receiving of expenses, payroll records etc.as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate  and immediately available when needed

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Job Requirements:
✅Qualification

Experience
