Objectives of this Role

Duties and Responsibilities
Communication and Social Media Specialist is expected to create, publish, monitor, and analyze content on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, etc. to grow an audience, build ABH brand awareness, and boost the visibility of the organization. Creating content for digital media platforms according to platform guidelines.
Writing content for search engine optimization.
Ensuring brand consistency across all social media channels.

Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in communication and social media marketing in Ethiopia.

Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
