The Jr. Graphic Designer Reporting to the Chief Marketing Manager responsibilities are:

• Under the guidance of the CMO, you'll concept and execute a variety of assets across merchandising channels and customer touch points such as on-site banners, instructional tools, and campaigns.
• Facilitate and engage in critiques with key stakeholders, responding positively and thinking constructively in the process.
• Influence seasonal creative strategy through research and understanding of external design trends.
• Be a thought partner in refining our creative process as this function expands to a national level, inclusive of, but not limited to streamlining the brief process and creative standards.
• Laying down essential starting points for Company Branding
• Designing on-brand digital assets, i.e. logo, social media posts, emails etc.
• Content creation in specific guidelines with authenticity uniquely curated
• Mock-up and web content such as home pages, landing pages and campaigns
• Retouching and color correcting editorial and ecommerce photography.
• Laying out a custom theme that will represent the company’s core principles


Requirements:

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe XD and related ones
• Basic Programming Skills including software designing skills such as wireframes and mockups for the website and mobile apps.
