- In-depth knowledge on M&E/MIS and development issues
- Excellent knowledge of performance monitoring, especially of health system strengthening interventions
- Understanding of relevant health programs (e.g., HIV/ AIDS, malaria, TB, NTDs, AMR, MNCH) is added advantage
- Ability and desire to work with diverse employees and counterparts in a cooperative and friendly manner
- Knowledge of country’s setting in relation to medicines regulation and quality assurance and control systems is added advantage
