Key Result Areas:
• Import export documentation and retrieval.
• Accurate and timely report of import& export documentation
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Expertise in sea and air freight import export documentation.
• Ensure that all import & exports are documented correctly.
• Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to.
• Submit timely document directives to independent surveyors and freight forwarders to necessitate timely processing of exports.
• Maintain up-to-date export files in a structured and catalogued system.

General Requirement
Abbahawa Trading plc in need to assign a very senior and highly responsible official. The Deputy Managing Director, Manufacturing & Processing Operation oversees the day today business
operations of the manufacturing unit. She/he is perceived to be very understanding of Abbahawa Trading plc.’s Vision and Mission and take it as the highest responsibility that determine how these will be accomplished. The Deputy Managing Director, Manufacturing & Processing Operation will set interim goals to meet at specific intervals, and relays these goals to the Directors who are tasked with planning how they will direct their staff to meet these goals in their areas. Therefore, She/he will lead a group of managers who each play a significant role within the company.

Job Requirements:
Educational requirement
Second Degree/First Degree in Food Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field. Also desired are additional training for executive development, leadership etc.
Work experience
Second Degree with 9+/First Degree with 11+ years of progressively responsible work experience. The experience is preferably from manufacturing and or product offering in food sector. Experience with similar size of job of Deputy Managing Director. The experience shall include at least 5 years at top level managerial roles, In addition, the candidates must have performance evidence in the responsibilities mentioned above.

Develop Community-based outreach programs to promote awareness of appropriate coping strategies in response to psychosocial issues identified Provide coaching and mentoring to social workers and community volunteers
Ensure safety of training areas to provide community-based PSS and identify and train community focal points and Community Based Group (CBG) members to deliver GBV PSS
Assist the community volunteers (CVs) in the identification of beneficiaries in need of counseling and ensure individual or group support for identified beneficiaries
Safely identify and refer members of the community who require additional assistance and services to social workers with defined referral pathways and Standard Operating Procedures, with a particular focus on high risk cases
