The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to an established project schedule with strict deadlines and within budget.
The project Manager is responsible to coordinate and manage all construction activities on the rehabilitation and expansion of water supply system Project in South Sudan.
The position holder is responsible in planning and implementation of the construction activities, monitoring and evaluation and contract administration of construction undertakings.
Job Description

Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion.

Execute daily operations of monitoring the daily work executed and prepare interim and completion project reports.
Any duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience:
• Bachelor of Science Degree Required – Water resource engineering, hydraulics, hydrology and related fields
• Minimum 10 years of direct Project Management work experience in water supply/pipe line works

Skills and Special Requirements:
• AutoCad knowledge and ability to read plans and specs desired
• Able to manage and direct others on project team
• Familiarity with project management software tools
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects
• Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Fluent spoken and written English required
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, internal to external
• Valid Passport

Corporate social responsibility manager is responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company’s CSR objectives. He/she  conducts research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
 Main duties & responsibilities

Work with SHE Manager on Safety at work to reach:

No fatal accident in 2022

Strong put in place if the safety culture be able to be certified 45001 (Safety) and 14001 (Environment)

Put in place a training strategy for road safety to training everybody by aligned with HR and Marketing

Put in place a strong follow up of vehicles in our companies aligned with Garage head to make sure that the employees are not in dangerous situation

 In collaboration with Marketing department, put in place a strong campaign of communication like “drive but do not drink” or linked with the consumption of alcohol for pregnant women

Follow up of the training (internal and external) to be sure the training hours are linked with the competence matrix

 Follow up of BGI XP program aligned with HR department

In collaboration with Technic team, follow up some important KPI’s:

Water consumption

 Energy consumption

% water treated via WWT

Build and follow up the social projects that BGI can handle

Professional paper and digital communication on quarterly basis on our CSR program

 Assisting the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies

Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies

Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility

 Working on company branding strategies with the marketing department

Job Requirements

Job requirements

 BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR Management, or any other related fields

 Have 5+ years of work experience in CSR or related responsibilities in a similar industry

Have a required training on CSR to fully understand the program of Castel Group

 Experience and knowledge on HR, Marketing, and Technic
