Conduct trainings on Gender Based Violence (GBV) response and prevention to government and non-government service providers based on field sites needs, requests and scheduling.

Develop CWI communication materials (brochures, leaflets) as needed.

Organizing an archiving system.
Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.
Retrieving documents upon request.
Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Controlling access to documents.
Removing documents that are obsolete.
Performing transcription and conversion work.
Proofreading documents upon request.
