Position : General Manager
Location : Ethiopian Airlines Employees’ Village (ET-Village)- Supermarket.

Employment Type: On Contract base
Salary: Negotiable; attractive with additional incentives based on performance
Basic Functions: –
The GM will be in charge of inspired leadership for the organization’s lines of businesses, which involves making important policies, procedures and strategic decisions. The General Manager will also be responsible for Human Resource Management, Purchases, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management, IT management, Legal matters, ETC… of the organization.
Responsibilities:-
Provide inspired leadership to the organization
Make important policy planning and strategic decisions
Develop, Implement and review operational policies and procedures
Promote a company culture that encourage top performance and high Morale
Oversea budgeting , reporting, planning and auditing
Work with stake holders
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Work with the board of directors to determine values & mission; Plan for short and long term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities of the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Support worker communication with the management team
