Post-graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience, whereof at least 3 years on coordinating level, working for an international agency in monitoring and evaluation linked to advocacy, social accountability, nutrition and/or WASH; designing and implementing frameworks and procedures for baseline, planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

Significant and proven experience in the use of primarily qualitative and secondarily quantitative methods, and participatory approaches. Experience in outcome mapping as well as M&E linked to cross-cutting issues such as gender and inclusion is a strong asset.

Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge through informal and formal capacity building for national and international staff, including remotely.
