የአዲስ አበባ ቤቶች ኮርፖሬሽን በሚቀጥሉት ሦስት ወራት ዕጣ የወጣባቸውን 68 ሺህ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች ለዕድለኞች ለማስረከብ እየሰራ መሆኑን ገለፀ።

የኮርፖሬሽኑ ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ሺመልስ ታምራት በመዲናዋ ዕጣ ወጥቶባቸው ለዕድለኞች ያልተላለፉ 68 ሺህ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶችን ለማስረከብ እየተከናወነ ስላለው ተግባር ለኢዜአ ገልጸዋል።

ከተማ አስተዳደሩ በተያዘው በጀት ዓመት 139 ሺህ ቤቶችን በመገንባት ላይ እንደሆነና ቤቶቹ በተለያየ የግንባታ ደረጃ ላይ እንደሚገኙ ጠቁመዋል።

ከቤቶቹ ግንባታ በተጨማሪ አስፈላጊ መሠረተ ልማቶች እንዲሟላላቸው ከሌሎች ሴክተር መሥሪያ ቤቶች ጋር በትብብር እየተሰራ መሆኑንም አንስተዋል።

የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶቹን በተያዘው ዕቅድ መሰረት ለማጠናቀቅ የስራ ተቋራጮች 24 ሠዓት በመሥራት ላይ ይገኛሉ ብለዋል አቶ ሺመልስ።

በምክትል ከንቲባ ማዕረግ የአዲስ አበባ ቤቶች ልማት አስተዳደር ቢሮ ኃላፊ ወይዘሪት ያስሚን ወሀብረቢ በበኩላቸው አስተዳደሩ የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶቹን በሽርክና፣ በመንግሥትና በግል አጋርነት እያስገነባ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።

በመንግስት ከሚገነቡት የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች በተጨማሪ ከ12 ሺህ በላይ ዜጎች በማሕበር እንዲደራጁ በማድረግ የቤት ባለቤት የሚሆኑበትን አማራጭ ለመፍጠርም እየተሰራ መሆኑንም ጠቁመዋል።

ቤቶቹ ሲገነቡ የገንዘብ ችግር እንዳያጋጥም ከኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክና ከገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ጋር በቅንጅት እየተሰራ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

በተጨማሪም ለቤቶቹ ግንባታ የተለያዩ ድጋፎች በማስፈለጋቸው ኮርፖሬሽኑ አማራጮችን ለመፍጠር እየሰራ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

በአዲስ አበባ ከ650 ሺህ በላይ ቤት ፈላጊዎች ተመዝግበው የቤት ባለቤት ለመሆን ገንዘብ እየቆጠበ መሆኑን የቤቶች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽኑ መረጃ ያመላክታል።

Under general supervision of Team Leader L1/L2, an Electrician L1 who works in a Packaging plant has to participate on the day-to-day maintenance of electrical equipment. He/She has to participate also in the maintenance, repair, and installation of small electrical components and assist electricians during electrical breakdowns.
Main duties & responsibilities:

Follows up the operation of all electrically powered machinery in the plant and performs preventive maintenance.

Read and interpret electrical drawings

Maintain, repair and install small electrical components like switch, breaker and socket

Cleaning of electrical cabinet boards, electrical components and control room.

Perform small troubleshooting using a multi meter

Participate in electrical breakdowns and Assist technicians

Participate in preventive maintenance programs and fill maintenance records

Record electrical maintenance and report to a senior electrician

Keep electrical drawings and documents in the cabinet properly

Participate in Repairing and preparation of failed electrical components at a workshop under the supervisor of Senior electrician

Participate in organization and cleaning of electrical workshop

Maintain tags on electrical components under Senior Electricians supervision

Participate in wire/cable installation

Communicate with Senior electrician on operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic components and equipment.

Maintain a consistent presence at the assigned work site and regularly the work hours specified.

Prior to touching one machine he/she must inform senior electrician

Respect safety rules and regulations

Job Requirements

Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.

familiar with local and national electrical codes

knowledge of motor controls and PLC’s

knowledge and skill on repair and maintenance work

Ability to perform work at different awkward positions

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and electrical drawings

Good communication skills to work with colleagues.
