LIB changes:
- Increased sharpening
- Increased chroma denoise
- Decreased luma denoise in low light

- Reworked config from zero
- Session ID default, no issues with HDR Enh or night mode anymore
- HDR Enh frames set to auto, maximum 1500ms total capture time
- Fixed face detection
- Enabled HDR video (works when 30fps is selected)
