Bloomberg: The Fed's corporate debt purchases kick off today. The Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility will begin buying eligible ETFs, the first Fed program using funds from the March stimulus law to get going after Congress allocated $454 billion in equity to backstop the loans. The bank's other tool — the Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility — will launch in the near future.
