🚀 We’ve rolled out two important updates to improve your messaging workflows and flexibility:

1. Multiple message variants for all channels
Previously, you could use up to 3 message variants in bulk campaigns only for WhatsApp. Now, this feature is available across all channels.

📩 You can create up to three different versions of a message within a single campaign. These variants will be automatically rotated during sending, which helps reduce the risk of spam blocking and improves overall deliverability.

2. Multilingual templates
We’ve introduced multilingual support for templates. You’ll now see a new field called “Variable Language” inside each template.

🌍 This allows you to define the language used for dynamic variables in your messages — such as days of the week, months, and service names pulled from Altegio.

With this update, you can ensure that variables are displayed correctly and naturally in each language
