When Dr. Judy Wood filed her 2007 Request for Correction (RFC) to NIST for their bogus "investigation" of the "Collapses" of the Twin Towers on 9/11, NIST literally responded by saying they NEVER investigated the "collapses" but only the "factors leading to the initiation of the collapses of the WTC towers, not the collapses themselves"!

In fact, NIST even state in their final report on the INVESTIGATION OF THE COLLAPSE that they didn't actually investigate after the "initiation of collapse"... Absolute clown show!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡

When NIST refused to correct their bogus 9/11 "investigation", Dr. Judy Wood filed her 2007 whistleblower Qui Tam case against NIST and its private military contractors for science fraud.

The Qui Tam case was dismissed for not proving "intent" to defraud. Soon after the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009 (FERA) was passed that removed the requirement of intent, as well as being able to retroactively reopen cases.

Dr. Wood then filed an appeal in July 2009, but the Court of Appeals decided to IGNORE the FERA law for "ease of presentation".

Dr. Judy Wood petitioned her case to the Supreme Court in October 2009 but that was dismissed because the (corrupt) Judge George B. Daniels doesn't have to take on the case, so he dismissed it with prejudice (including the cases of Morgan Reynolds and Edward Hass) which it means the case can't be brought up again by the same parties over the same issue. 🤡👨‍⚖️

The mystery object may actually be from the ground and stationary, it's apparent motion may be just due to parallax, as demonstrated by my 3D WTC model experiment with the baseball in the background.

Interestingly, the shiny object appears similar to the mystery flashing boat, also near the WTC on 9/11.
