The right wing appears to phase out briefly, which is more visible in the enhanced version. The enhanced version is from 2014 while this "original" interlaced footage is from 2015. The left wing "strobe light" in 1 frame does not appear in the enhanced 2014 footage. Even in a 2010 de-interlaced footage, the "strobe light" does NOT appear. Thus this interlaced footage was likely deceptively edited.
Note the interlacing of the wings, nose, and tail sections.

On Page 13, Deputy Commissioner Thomas Fitzpatrick assumed the "windows, tinsel, or something" was causing the sparkling, and does not remember an explosion as South Tower fell.
On Page 5725, Fire Marshal Steven Heavey said there was a loud noise and the upper floors (of the South Tower) started pushing the dust, debris, and a shower of sparks due to a major structural failure.
