A full day offline. No notifications. No scrolling. Just fresh air, mountains, and the sound of nature.
Hiking reminded me that peace isn’t something you find on a screen it’s something you feel when you reconnect with the world around you. Every step was a new experience, a little mind detox, and a reminder to slow down and simply be.
Sometimes the best reset is to disconnect from everything… and reconnect with nature.

I finally recovered enough to write about the hiking event 😂🥾
Just imagine hiking almost 21 km with a group of strangers, in a completely unfamiliar environment, being guided by someone who speaks a different language.
It sounds a little chaotic… and honestly, it was. 😂
But somehow, that’s what made it so interesting.
I spent an entire day offline, surrounded by nothing but trees, fresh air, mud, and people I had just met. We talked, laughed, shared food, helped each other through the muddy parts, and of course… slid through the mud more than once. 😭😂
Huge thanks to @cooliocodes for making this happen, and I’m really grateful for all the amazing people I met along the way. ❤️
Some of the awesome people I met:
@YosephWon
@ruusway
@AbduIntheLoop
@BurhanOps
@Nat_Ted7
@Fraol_Builds
@johncybstack

Idk who started this trend, but y’all are basically donating your entire camera roll to OpenAI for free 😭😂
“Make me look like I’m from the 1980s.”
OpenAI: Absolutely. Just upload your face real quick. 👀
And we’re all like: “OMG LOOK AT ME IN THE 80s!!! 😍”
But jokes aside, AI image tools process the photos we upload, and there are legitimate questions around how uploaded images and other user data are handled, stored, and potentially used to improve AI systems.
So while we’re busy arguing about whether we look better in the 80s or 2026… maybe it’s worth reading the privacy side of the trend too. 😂

Merry Exploring 🌼

Same hairstyle, two years apart. 🥹
I wanted to remind today’s me of who Merry was two years ago, so I did my hair exactly the way I did it on this day two years ago.
For a little while, it felt like opening an old book and reading it again.
Except this time, I’m not the same person who wrote it.
The first picture was taken two years ago, when I was arriving at #Gazipaşa–Alanya Airport.
I was excited, confused, and honestly a little scared. I was moving to a new country where I knew no one. I didn’t know the language, I didn’t know the culture, and I had no idea what the next few months would look like.
But I did it anyway.
That Merry had so many plans. Some were tiny, some were huge, and some probably sounded impossible at the time.
The second picture was taken #yesterday. Same hairstyle, but definitely not the same Merry.
Every New Year’s Eve, I record a little video for myself. Recently, I went back and listened to some of them again. It’s funny how some of the things I talked about back then are no longer part of my life, while so many of the things I once wished for are somehow my reality now.
I’m grateful to God for all of it. For the things that worked out, the things that didn’t, and even the things I didn’t understand at the time.
But if I could say one thing to the Merry from two years ago, it would be:
Just live.
There is so much life waiting to happen.❤️

I almost lost everything this year.
Not “stressed about deadlines” losing everything.
My dad. My family. Everything I’ve been building.
There were nights I genuinely didn’t know if RAVN would survive the month.
But my cofounder and I kept building anyway. Through the doubt, uncertainty, and nights when nothing seemed to work.
Today, I’m incredibly grateful to share that RAVN has been accepted into Antler.
$400K in funding, backed by one of the world’s leading venture builders, alongside companies like Lovable, Airalo, Reebelo, and Tactiq.
To everyone who watched us build this from the beginning, thank you. This wasn’t luck or a guarantee. We kept building long before there was anything to celebrate.
Most importantly, I’m grateful to God. He never left us.
We’ve come a long way.
We’re just getting started.
