There is no need for motivation if you are the older child in your family. When it comes to being an older daughter, that is another story. Failure is not an option here, since the sustainability of the family depends on you.

Good morning, my people π
Friday is already here... Why is time flying so fast? I feel like I was just saying, "Oh, it's Monday today, a new week!" ππ
Aynhu, I wanted to add something to this discussion. Generally, I believe that whether the eldest daughter is the firstborn or not, she often becomes the third parent in the house. By default, she tries to carry most of the responsibility and even takes responsibility for others.
She becomes responsible for household chores, working to earn money, supporting her siblings, listening to her parents' problems, and planning for her future................ the hardest part is that often no one truly understands her struggles, not even her own mother.
I think a similar burden can fall on men when they are the firstborn or the only child. I know many men who work incredibly hard to create a better life for their families and themselves. However, in our culture and community, being a girl comes with its own set of responsibilities and expectations that make our experiences different from those of men.
have a nice one!

"Learn to love the command line. Leave the IDE behind."
Okay, okay... I still use my IDE and its built-in terminal most of the time :)
But honestly, I never really thought using the command line directly could be such a powerful skill for a developer.
Recently, while reading about Spring Boot, I somehow ended up going down to fundamentals of Git, Git internals, and command-line workflows. While reading documentation, I came across this quote:
"Learn to love the command line. Leave the IDE behind."
And it made me think.
I know many of us are becoming "vibe coders" these days thanks to LLMs and AI agents (and there's nothing wrong with using great tools). But trust me, there's something satisfying about understanding what's happening under the hood and writing the logic yourself.
The command line feels intimidating at first, but the more I learn it, the more I appreciate how much control and understanding it gives you.
So if you're learning software development, don't skip the fundamentals. Use AI, use your IDE, use all the productivity tools available but every now and then, challenge yourself to build, debug, and solve things on your own.

If you stop every time things get hard, you're training your mind to be okay with quitting.
So every time things get hard just keep on going, that will train your subconscious mind that quitting is not really an option.
In the long run this will be very benifitial for you since it trains your resistance.
