👆I don’t know if every detail is exactly correct. I don’t think nuclear is what they say. It is etc. But I received that whatever has been happening there recently has been the clearing of the last of the cabal stuff that really needed to be cleared in that area and that it’s a big deal.

A “RICO case” refers to an indictment under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO Act), a US federal law created in 1970 to combat organized crime. This law allows prosecutors to charge individuals in positions of influence within a criminal organization, even if they did not commit the crimes themselves, but only commissioned them.
