A public library in the shape of a massive snail shell. The building twists around itself in elegant curves, with exterior walls made of a combination of stone and glass. The interior floors follow the spiral shape, with bookshelves extending from floor to ceiling. At the center of the building is an open circular courtyard with a massive tree whose branches extend across the floors.
