About their our money.
"It is a passive and misguided strategy to assume that 'since our money is already in their hands, nothing can be done.'
Currently, the public wallet https://tonviewer.com/UQAZ5dJqe0v1T-_WmMSCTGIKjMqWY68CB0DxC2QOnaXuIGsH holds only $570,000.
This is impossible, as Pavel Durov’s official post explicitly stated that $500,000 was raised in just one week. The math does not add up — the funds have been stolen. https://t.me/durov/372

Two Paths Forward:
1)Legal Action:
File reports with local police and international agencies (e.g., INTERPOL, Dubai Financial Services Authority).
Demand accountability: Just as Gotbit faced arrests, Memhash and DWF Labs can be prosecuted. Dubai’s strict AML laws (DFSA) and extradition treaties make it difficult for them to flee.
Example: Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) recently fined firms for wash trading. Use this precedent.

2)Do Nothing:
Forgive the theft, abandon efforts, and allow criminals to profit.
Guaranteed loss of funds and emboldened future scams.

Why International Pressure Matters
Memhash/DWF Labs operate globally but rely on jurisdictions like Dubai, the EU, or Singapore.
Foreign communities are critical: Victims in these regions can directly pressure regulators (e.g., UAE’s Central Bank, EUROPOL) to freeze assets or revoke licenses.

Bot-Driven Deception and the "Listing Price" Myth
Bots in comments and Telegram groups are aggressively pushing a "listing price" of $0.005 per token, claiming investors will recover losses if they "hold long-term." This is a classic psychological trap:
False Hope: The number is arbitrary, with no mathematical basis (e.g., no tokenomics model or burn mechanism supports it).
Distraction: While bots spam this narrative, the team stays silent — where are your funds?

Ask yourself:
Why is there no whitepaper or audit proving this price target?
Why is the team instead of addressing these claims?

The @memhash Username Mystery
The username @memhash was acquired without a public auction on Fragment (Telegram’s official platform for username sales). Key facts:
Fragment requires open bidding for premium usernames (e.g., @news sold for $994,000 in 2022).
Only Telegram’s leadership can manually assign usernames, bypassing Fragment.

Telegram’s executives (Pavel Durov or his team) likely approved @memhash, lending false legitimacy to the scam.
This suggests collusion or gross negligence in vetting projects.

Demanding Transparency: Stolen Funds and Fake Metrics
The team refuses to disclose basic financial details because the money is stolen.
Critical Questions is:
Total Funds Raised:
If they claim "modest fundraising," why not share wallet balances?
The public wallet have only 570k, where is the rest?

Exchange Listings & Ads:
If funds were spent on listings (e.g., MEXC, Bybit), show invoices or blockchain transactions.
Reality: No major exchange lists Memhash — the "listings" were lies.

Token Burns:
Burns reduce supply and stabilize prices. No burns = No intention of legitimacy.
Evidence: They dumped tokens into the order book during the fake "listing," crashing the price.

Where Are the Funds? Living Large on Your Money
The team’s silence isn’t accidental — they’re misusing your funds:
Lavish Spending: Private jets, Dubai parties, and luxury cars.
No Accountability: Unlike legitimate projects (e.g., Ethereum’s transparent dev funding), Memhash operates in shadows.

The Memhash project has two public faces — the enigmatic creator Hashoti Memokoto and Nikolai Borisov.

Nikolai Borisov positions himself as a skilled developer and the project’s CEO.
Hashoti, meanwhile, portrays himself as a wealthy older man who’s lived a lavish and privileged life.
Fun fact: During an AMA, Nikolai was live on camera while messages from Hashoti’s account were simultaneously being posted in the whale chat and general discussion — a clumsy attempt to "separate" the two personas and avoid backlash when things go south. But Hashoti and Nikolai are the same person. Nikolai vehemently denies any connection to the Hashoti account, but turns out he wasn’t slick enough to outsmart the MMMASONS.
Now for the juicy bits.
Let’s recap: Hashoti threw a tantrum in the chat after I joked about his "$30M net worth" and Lambo claims. He stopped engaging and “buried himself in work.”
I don’t care about getting kicked from the chat anymore — I can’t stand bullshitters and injustice. Every word you’ve said will be used against you.
On January 16, 2025, Hashoti bragged in the whale chat about owning a GT3RS, spouting nonsense like “cars stop impressing you once you own top-tier ones” and “the richer you get, the simpler you live.” The chat was leak-proof (banning anyone who spilled), but why would anyone care if Hashoti — given his crafted persona — has money and a Porsche? It only became interesting when Worm posted on March 3 that CEO Nikolai also bought a GT3RS.
Coincidence? I think not.
I tried to find Hashoti’s original message about the Porsche to fact-check, but it was deleted. Why? Especially after Nikolai’s purchase leaked? The excuse? Hashoti was “offended by leaks” (probably the Lambo joke). Thirty people saw that message — why scrub it so clumsily?
Hashoti/Kolya is a world-class bullshitter — from fake net worth claims to preaching about “how successful people live.” Yet many in the whale chat still buy his lies. Take off the rose-tinted glasses.
I genuinely wanted to help this project, didn’t earn a dime. Some influencers were offered refunds for the botched listing — not me, though. I’m here for the vision. Others were paid to manipulate public opinion — even those who trashed Memhash suddenly flipped for cash. No issue with ads, but when your influencers and founders are all broke clout-chasers, it’s pathetic.
The Porsche is just the tip of the iceberg. No hard proof on other stuff, but how the hell did they burn most of the funds (according to Hashoti) on three shit-tier exchange listings and a dozen promo posts? Where’s the money, Lebowski?
Nikolai, this is a dumpster fire. You still have a chance to fix it. Sell what you scammed and make it right for the community.
Oh, and Rokhman, Durov, and the “Memhash” username fragment are somehow tangled in this mess. Anyone gonna rein this in? Or is Kolya untouchable?
I warned that if Memhash fails, it’ll be a funeral. Well… grab popcorn.
