Hello everyone. This announcement is extremely important and we would appreciate if you thoroughly read every part before jumping to conclusions.
We've tried. I promise you all that we did. But unfortunately it was extremely difficult to change the fate of memeunity, even with the presence of Yarloo, and our newfound partners. We have decided to shut memeunity down temporarily until we're in a position that allows us to relaunch in late 2022 - but we've come to realize that it's impossible to do this in 2021, and our targets cannot be met.
For every announcement and update, we met incredible resistance, and little support. We are honored to have still had some support from our community, but we were well aware that many elements and aspects prevented us from moving forward, regardless of our efforts.
We've faced many hurdles and survived, but it just came to our mind that we were prolonging the suffering of many investors, and our own team's mental health. We thought we could change everything for the better, and we were wrong. More specifically, I was wrong (Eysidimus talking here) -
I thought I could make a great difference in the crypto space with memeunity, a dream I truly care about and want to make real, but I also kept facing many challenges, mostly due to inexperience at first, and then due to foundations that were not properly built. I learned from that and implemented many positive changes for Yarloo, but shifting this foundation for MU proved to be impossible.
I realized that if we kept pushing to revive MU, we'd expend all funds from Yarloo while still failing in MU and simultaneously killing Yarloo as well, which would obliterate any chance of making a difference in the future. I can't have that, and I can't keep fighting off the inevitable, which is the death of this project.
So effective immediately, we are suspending the project. We will still work on it again in 2022, perhaps, but not until we're 100% ready and prepared. Not until then. Here's what will happen moving forward in order to make sure everyone has a way out:
1- Every DANK holder will be allowed to receive the same market value of $DANK at $0.017 for YARL at $0.6 - the amount will be distributed by sending 10% of the YARL and vesting the rest with our $YARL private investors.
2- Anyone who wishes to sell DANK will not be eligible for the YARL compensation, but is allowed to sell at current market value if they so choose.
3- We will keep the DANK tokens as they are and will not remove the liquidity by overselling our reserve. Everything will be kept as is for anyone who wishes to remove their LP or sell their DANK and find the liquidity to do so.
4- In the future, when we relaunch this project, we will grant a large discount to everyone who was part of memeunity up until its shutdown. We will need to run a few verifications for that when the time is right, but we will give them easy access to the new project.
5- We will keep this chat muted permanently until the new project's release time, and in it will pin the form to fill information which we'll use to transfer the YARL compensation.
6- Every service, every product, website and social channel will gradually be shut down.
7- Only staking.memeunity.com will remain active until the final round of staking is over, and everyone who has staked DANK will be eligible for the $YARL compensation.
8- Early adopters and supporters of our cause in MU up until now will be invited to the Crypto Sailors program in Yarloo which will give them a lot of cool perks that give them a nice edge and appreciate their efforts, but we'll also expect the same support for Yarloo.
9- For anyone who purchased one of our NFTs (Dadid, this is for you) - contact @blkbirdssupporteyad and we can either consider it a $YARL investment or refund you your entire purchase completely if you so choose.

The ETH fees from the DANK transfer will be included in the YARL amount provided to make up for any further losses.
The compensation form has been closed. We're going to process each response and will thoroughly check messages. We're not taking Saturday off to ensure the YARL has been sent and a sheet of every participant is created. The YARL will be sent within 24 hours from now.

We've made a few changes to the distribution rules. Here they are:
1. Anyone whose YARL value is worth $1,000 or lower will receive their YARL immediately with 0 vesting.
2. Those with YARL up to $2,500 will vest for only 3 months.
3. Anyone with YARL beyond that will vest for 8 months instead of 10.
