It's a kind of abstract structural subversion thing, by some point you have nothing left of the original humor and the only reason the result is humorous is because the source material is (somewhat) humorous

It's an exaggeration of the way the bloods gang speaks, by replacing some of the C's in their text with the B emoji. I don't get why they do it, but the meme arises from that part
