Does that really invalidate the argument though? Social constructs have big impacts on psychology. Like you can get mentally ill from being bullied or just excluded, which don't have any basis in biology, right?

That's true; I was using "social construct" as a tool to dismiss the argument entirely, as that's what most SJWs have been using it for.

Still you can't really separate social constructs from human psychology, can you? Whatever social constructs we come up with are somehow rooted in psychology which in turn is connected to biology
