Somehow I am still sleepy but it's the warm and cozy type of sleepy and not the "jesus fuck I hate my life" type of sleepy

Also I have this weird thing where I just kind of feel really weird for a second when trying to fall asleep, like my head gets a bit spinny, I stop feeling things, hear some noise and feel like I get elevated a bit. For some reason that also carried over to my dream, too, which literally never happens.

Also I got a ton of exploding head syndrome stuff. Maybe I need a more contiguous sleep schedule.
