i rly want to but i just removed tg from my laptop last night because it keeps popping up every thirty seconds even when i have it closed out. it was like it had a bug or something. took me forever to get rid of it.
Go to your tray and right-click on the icon to disable notifications or close it.
Most messaging apps don't actually care if you have closed the window and rely on the tray to show you notifications.

Just kill the process, if there's no icon in the tray for some reason? No need to uninstall anything, if it's not running it can't give you notifications by definition

i'm telling you bro lol i even "uninstalled it" and it was still popping up so i had to do some advanced removal in i think the start up menu. it was a strange process so i dont particularly remember how i did it but now it's finally gone https://t.me/hyperbox/5483
