Not directly, not intentionally - he is an artpiece, a stochastic metacommentary on what happens when someone tries to do various things without any experience or guidance. It's not too hard to figure out why this is the case: youtube is a place totally disconnected from the rest of the entertainment industry, with none of the guardrails or requirements.
