As we gear up for public launch in Q2 2024, we're thrilled to share some significant updates:
$MEGA Tax Increases
Amount of $MEGA required for Resources collection in Production, Industrial, and Energy buildings will be raised until the end of March. Surplus will flow into the Treasury, to be later distributed through MEGA staking and liquidity incentive programs.
Districts $MEGA Lock Period
This month, we're introducing a lock-up period for utilizing $MEGA to unlock Perks in the Districts. A minimum of 15 days will be required for $MEGA to be deposited in the District after activating a Perk. No extra steps required to continue using activated Perks, tokens will be locked up automatically.
MEGA Redemption Program
Acknowledging the liquidity challenges faced during the closed Alpha phase and while awaiting CEX listings, we'll introduce $MEGA buyback OTC deals starting March 15, designed for players eager to sell their accumulated $MEGA.
Fourth $MEGA OTC Batch
Starting March 15, 1 Million $MEGA will be available via over-the-counter deals with a minimal order of 10,000 MEGA. This is a unique opportunity to acquire $MEGA Tokens at ATL levels before the Public Launch.
