Hamas movement confirmed the inclusion of its response to the mediators' paper by establishing sustainable calm in order to achieve a permanent ceasefire in order to achieve the unrestricted return of the displaced to their homes and reconstruction.
The mediators' paper stipulates 3 stages for implementing the agreement.
According to the first stage, which lasts 42 days, the hostilities will stop and the occupation forces will withdraw from central Gaza to the borders of the Strip, including the Netzarim axis.
Enemy air traffic will stop for 10 hours, and during the exchange days it will stop for 12 hours.
During the first phase, indirect negotiations will begin to implement the exchange in the second phase, which includes the release of male prisoners held by the Hamas resistance in exchange for Palestinian prisoners held by the Israeli occupation.
