COVID-19: 3D stylized visualization of its ways of transmission and the SARS-CoV-2 virus causing it
As part of our responsibility towards flattening the curve and helping in tackling COVID-19 global pandemic, Helix Animation team made an effort to outline, in a visually compelling way, the most common ways of transmission that the World Health Organizations defines as of this point. In addition, the video brings an artistic representation of the SARS-COV-2 virus causing it, by depicting some of its main features based on the latest relevant scientific research available (March 2020).

Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Replication

On 24th March 1882, Dr. Robert Koch discovered the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis that causes Tuberculosis (TB), which opened the way towards diagnosing and curing this disease.
Yet today TB is one of the deadliest infections which kills more people than any other infectious disease.
TB is preventable and curable disease, yet due to the global TB epidemic:
• Each day, close to 28,000 people fall ill with TB
• Each day, nearly 4000 persons lose their lives to TB
• In 2019 10 million people fell ill with TB and sadly 1,400,000 people died from it.
• The global efforts to end TB have saved 63 million lives since 2000
