A 5 year old child presents with fever and pallor. His parents say he always feels
tired and is not as active as the other children around his age. On examination,
splenomegaly was noted. Blood results show:
Hb 7 g/dL
WCC 2 x 109
/L
Platelets 42 x 109
/L

A patient came to the hospital with severe acute abdominal pain with arthritis & rash over the LL , the GP ordered CBC was normal & nomral BT with platelet count

A patient came to hospital with severe anemia with dark colored urine & jaundice , the GP asked him if he taked any drug for these days he can't remember anything , the doctor ordered CBC shows normocytic anemia & urine analysis shows hemoglobnuria & blood film show as this picture

● Define AF& it's ttt

● Define PSVT & its ttt
