💭ازاي تفرقوا بين total hyphema & corneal staining blood ?

■ commonly traumatic hyphema
بيجي ب upper horizontal level بس أحيانا بقفل كل pupil ب blood clot و دم ده لازم يكون fresh 

■ blood staining of cornea

لو الدم قعد فترة طويلة يبدأ يتكسر الدم الموجود ف AC إلى صبغة hemosidrin الصبغة دي تروح تعمل staining لل corneal ع شكل لون أصفر
زي ما احنا عارفين cornea أصلاً شفافة

اللي هي orbital hge
