حتى د.وهدان شرحها و قالها كدا و مكتوبة في كتابه و مكتوبة في كتاب دكتور المطري
بس للأسف ف الداتا مكتوبة ileo-colic هي الأشهر بنسبة 80 %

السؤال ده في حد سألني بقولي ازاي طلعت GCS = 10
الجواب :

*Pinch ( pressure ) to open her eye = 2
*Inappropriated words = 3
*Try to reach ur hand ( localization to the pain ) = 5
المحصلة كلها 10

كل signs اللي مكتوبة صح
بس battle sign نمشي زي كتابنا ف posterior cranial fossa fracture بغض النظر المفروض تكون موجودة ف middle cranial fossa fracture

Limb death = irreversible acute limb ischemia
يعني limb is not salvagaeble مقدرش ارجع blood flow ليها و لازم اعمل amputation و عشان اقول irreversible لازم :

○ profound sensory loss , profound ms weakness or paralysis
○ inauduible arterial & venous doppler signal with coldness

● While firm to hard ms indicate that the muscle is immediately reversible with adequate revacularization
يعني تعتبر في في مرحلة threatened limb
